At 6teen Perfumes, we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy below to know how and when your order will arrive.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping (UAE):
Standard Shipping: Free
Estimated Delivery: 1–3 business days
International Shipping:
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
COD GCC: COD collection is available in these countries – Saudi, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, with an additional cost of 7 AED. The transfer interval will be every 2 weeks (14th, 28th). In case these dates occur on a non-working day, then the COD will be sent on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery: 7–14 business days (may vary by location).
Please note: International deliveries may be subject to customs clearance, which can cause delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your package directly through the courier’s website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, 6teen Perfumes is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees charged by your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship perfumes only to countries where it is legally permitted.
Due to airline regulations, some perfume shipments may be subject to restrictions. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at tech@6teen.me
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you are taken care of.
